Broccoli is pretty great as far as veggies go idk why people give it so much shit.

They overcook it. It's that simple.

Wash it in clean water, serve it fresh, it's great.

Steam it lightly or parboil it (cook it in water that is not quite boiling) and it is good. All it needs is a little butter and salt and it is perfect.

Add it to pretty much any dish, it gives a certain umami flavor and texture and color.

Most people boil it in water and remove all nutritive value in the water they cooked it in.

I legitimately eat at least a pound of raw broccoli a week. Just the florets. The wail taggers get the stems, and they love the shit out of them. I also eat a shit ton of sauerkraut, and garlic.

I like both broccoli and cauliflower. And onions, garlic, carrots. With these 5 you can cook a lot of good stuff.

I actually bought sulfurophane supplements and started supporting detox pathways thanks to his stuff. I can say without a doubt it’s not a gimmick

Awesome! Microplastics are stored in the balls, so it's important to detox for healthy fertility and testosterone 😁

What sulf supplement do you recommend?

I just bought some generic ones off Lazada (since I’m in Thailand right now). Id check to make sure there’s not a ton of fillers like magnesiumstearate or other synthetic vitamins tagged on to it.

Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend making sure your liver and gall bladder are in good working order. I was shitting mud and who knows what else for several weeks. It felt absolutely horrible because your immune system goes into overdrive to detoxify the particles flowing around your body.

Make sure you’re downing tons of water, minerals and vitamins

Did you know rabbis are forbidden from eating broccoli?

They're not.

They can eat any veggie provided it has been thoroughly "inspected" for bugs

Because bugs are not kosher

I think they just don’t because it’s too difficult to check them or something

Didnt watch but I assume based on title broccoli might help remove microplastics

Dunno if that's true but it sounds like an interesting idea for research, about if there are things to eat to remove microplastics
