Steam it lightly or parboil it (cook it in water that is not quite boiling) and it is good. All it needs is a little butter and salt and it is perfect.
Add it to pretty much any dish, it gives a certain umami flavor and texture and color.
Most people boil it in water and remove all nutritive value in the water they cooked it in.
I legitimately eat at least a pound of raw broccoli a week. Just the florets. The wail taggers get the stems, and they love the shit out of them. I also eat a shit ton of sauerkraut, and garlic.

I just bought some generic ones off Lazada (since I’m in Thailand right now). Id check to make sure there’s not a ton of fillers like magnesiumstearate or other synthetic vitamins tagged on to it.
Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend making sure your liver and gall bladder are in good working order. I was shitting mud and who knows what else for several weeks. It felt absolutely horrible because your immune system goes into overdrive to detoxify the particles flowing around your body.
