My dad drinks fairly often (though he never gets drunk to my knowledge) and still looks like (an admittedly slightly obese) 30 year old with greying facial hair. Its probably not just alcohol causing that much aging.
It probably is, alcohol decreases the amount of vitamin A in the blood which is essential for skin health amongst many other things. The lingering effect is there for over 10 days so even infrequent drinkers are severely affected.

If this is legit, it’s another perfect example of how just not being a FPOS makes everyone look 10x better just on being able to make out facial structure alone.

For sure losing fat makes a person legit more aesthetic. Just Google some before and after weight loss shots and notice the faces always look more aesthetic.
I've seen it with women where it's a series of in progress photos. And sometimes it think they should have stopped three levels before the end. Women sometimes go overkill and lose too much fat, and any femininity they had.
I have a terminal goyslop addiction and all it does is give me severe acne (and some stomach issues, which is why im slowly cutting it out if my life), so theres something genetic or drug related going on here.
Well, my health is pretty bad in general even without the slop, so im wondering if some individuals have a more profound reaction. Ive notice anglos in particular seem to fatten up like pigs when given goyslop, so maybe its just a jewish weapon targeted specifically toward them

Ask this place why high-fructose corn syrup is bad and you won't hear an actual science-based explanation, you'll hear vague platitudes (ie: "muh goyslop") to trigger emotional reactions from obese poseurs who LARP as 450-benching Aryan gods on a 120,000 acre farm.
HFCS is harmless: it's literally just a liquid syrup consisting of a ratio of the two naturally-occurring monosaccharide sugars: glucose and fructose. These exact same two sugars the exact same two that are in typical 'sugar', only those are bound together, but your gut is literally full of an enzyme that immediately breaks them apart in to... fructose and glucose. The exact. Same. Thing.
For context, honey? It's delicious because it's basically pure fructose. Milk? It's delicious because it's basically pure glucose. Take the sugar out of milk and it'd be disgusting. So the 'land of milk and honey'? Might as well be the 'land of HFCS'.
98% of the retards here don't know that. They think it's some arcane jewish poison brewed by the devil, and that simply knowing rudimentary organic chemistry is witchcraft.
The actual *and ONLY* reason HFCS is bad is because it's *cheap*, and sweetened foods are *addictive*, which in combination makes it too cost-effective to fill everything on the shelf with high-calorie sugars, making you obese. That's it. In terms of health effects, HFCS have zero mechanism to do anything else, any more than you think the sugars in an apple are also jewish trickery.
This nonsense goes for everything from soy products to seed oils. Peanut oil is a 'seed oil', it's also one of the lowest seed oils in PUFAs, and while you'll hear whining about it, you never once see anyone calling peanut butter deadly goyslop and 'MUH INFLAMMATION' even though you can literally see the layer of peanut oil floating on top of natural peanut butters. Nobody here has any comprehension of 'the dose makes the poison', even so much as thinking about a soybean will permanently melt your dick off within 16 hours and you'll grow tits and become a tranny within 72 hours, and it's completely irreversible, and they believe this literally because of one single case of some Japanese kid 20 years ago who had functionally zero endocrine system and survived on nothing but edamame grew tits.
Don't tell them that the more testosterone you make, the more aromatase you also make, and the job of aromatase is to convert testosterone in to estradiol. Also don't tell them that raw milk has notably more estrogen than pasteurized milk, and that butter is *significantly* concentrated in estrogens.
The entire collection of 'health knowledge' from the far-right is almost entirely adjacent with believing in healing crystals and chiropractic voodoo. They get a few things correct entirely by accident, and they leverage that to deceive you in to believing they're a source of authority on everything else they're clownishly wrong about.
There is definitely something up with HFCS though, americans turned into orbs the moment it was introduced into the food supply, unless something else was added to the diet that is the real culprit and HFCS got all the blame. It could also be genetic.

I know a couple people who lost their jobs during scamdemic and kind of checked out, stopped cutting their hair, stopped pursuing a good career, stopped dating. I think i made a post about it a couple months back.

I have a friend at the gym who is the exact opposite of this so far. Dude was 530 lbs (570 at his fattest) and is now down to 290 after a year of locking in.
You would think having to buy entirely new clothes every single year because you literally cannot fit in to the last ones you bought, might be a wake-up call.
It's crazy that I look the same as I did when I was 20, just a few more grey hairs, but then I weight the same and don't drink.
