Alcoholism face bloat.

It's crazy that I look the same as I did when I was 20, just a few more grey hairs, but then I weight the same and don't drink.

My dad drinks fairly often (though he never gets drunk to my knowledge) and still looks like (an admittedly slightly obese) 30 year old with greying facial hair. Its probably not just alcohol causing that much aging.

It probably is, alcohol decreases the amount of vitamin A in the blood which is essential for skin health amongst many other things. The lingering effect is there for over 10 days so even infrequent drinkers are severely affected.
