Not saying you should look to consume seed oil, but getting a little here and there won't kill you. It's when you base your entire diet around consuming that shit, and do it over your entire life is when you're fucked.
This is absurd.
There are substances that your body is able to use as nutrients, and there are substances that are toxic. The nature of these substances does not change depending on the dosage.
