Margarine and mayonnaise should be in this image because they are two of the worst offenders.

Ice cream too.

"REAL MAO"

You mean frozen deserts, not ice cream. Most “ice cream” isn’t even “ice cream”, and can no longer be labeled as such. It’s fucking insane the world were living in now.

I've noticed ice cream is kind of a coin flip. I'll look at three flavors back to back that all have the sneed oils, then one flavor that randomly only has 4 ingredients, just the good stuff. All under the same brand.

Yup it’s insane. I have buddy who bought the ninja ice cream maker. Him and his kids love it. They actually have me wanting to get one to try some of the keto/low carb sugar style ice creams out there.

Seed oils don't hide in those because seed oils are the base for margarine and mayonnaise. It's like saying that milk is hiding in butter

Seed oils do hide in those because most people have no clue they are eating poison.

It’s not just even that the oil is bad, it’s the extraction process that uses petrochemicals that are NEVER properly removed. Add that on top of low potassium, high sodium, and all sorts of synthetic crap.

This doesn't say anything about palm oil but I avoid that too.

My palms stay oily. I thought this was normal.

*All things are poison, and there is nothing that is without poison. The dose is the poison.* - Paracelsus, Father of Toxocology

Not saying you should look to consume seed oil, but getting a little here and there won't kill you. It's when you base your entire diet around consuming that shit, and do it over your entire life is when you're fucked.

> The dose is the poison.

This is absurd.
There are substances that your body is able to use as nutrients, and there are substances that are toxic. The nature of these substances does not change depending on the dosage.

Canola oil (aka rapeseed oil) is one of the worst. It's an engine lubricant from World War 2 😬

These are all prepared foods catering to egotistical narcissists who think that they are too important to cook their own food. As in, it is more important to go ride my bicycle than do my homework level of maturity.

No, these foods were crafted by scientists to be maximally addictive to kids. Nothing to do with laziness
