I've noticed that even around me. Very suspect, honestly. They used to not take people like that. Now, if I see someone in a police uniform without full sleeves I question if they're actually a cop. Just another reminder that the world of Andy Griffith died a long, long time ago.

I actually expect the police to be of mertiable apperance rather than look like a bunch of EX-cons (which make up a decent portion of the force)
