the direction of the nation is 100% determined by the fighting-aged men. so yes demographics are key. but also the old men must learn their place. they cannot do real violence and therefore have no real voice in the future. this fact of the universe might chap the assholes but this is reality.

100% correct comment although I missed it. yes. fighting age men determine destiny. always have, and they always will. this is why it is extremely important for the older men to invest in and promote the younger generations of men. the sad reality of boomers and genx is that they majority are selfish, atomized individualists that prey on the younger men for their work output and vitality. this is the death of nations, of cultures.
