I should add, these are niggers that actually have jobs. Jobs that pay more than the national average. I don't know what percent got forced into upper management from dei practices, but the group I'm talking about are probably in the top 10% at least. The best of niggers that actually decided to get work and don't get so trashed on drugs and alcohol that they can't hold a job. The cream of the crop if you will.
There's a sister plant that operates in an area that is over 92% white with less niggers than native americans, and I was told that their OPERATORS developed a procedure that reduces quality escapes and increases safety just by using that noggin a little and skipping a packaging step if the machine looks like it screwed up. But no. These niggers have to do the same steps every time or they get confused.

I personally know a guy, black as the ace of spades, who gets off his butt everyday and hustles for menial jobs like moving furniture or weeding gardens for old people. He makes enough to pay his rent and feed his family.
Granted, he's no engineer or lawyer, he doesn't even work full time, but he fills a niche in society.
I think the biggest problem with niggers is that they're put in places they don't belong. This fills their heads with ideas above their station (we wuz kangs), inspires resentment and eventually crime.

I've heard first hand accounts that the blacks in Rhodesia were quite productive. But of course after putting them in charge the country turned back into a 3rd world shithole within 5 years. It seems like there are some jobs they can do. They just have to know their place and be kept there. A lot of the problems now might be ((them)) intentionally weaponizing blacks against whites. Race mixing propaganda, wellfare, cashless bail, etc. I still would far prefer to live in a country with no blacks at all, but Im just pointing out thst blacks can be productive if the circumstances are correct. Maybe this will be important in the future?
The thing about Rhodesia is it wasn't the native blacks that were put into power, but invaders that took over. Most of the native black Rhodesians fought FOR Rhodesia against Mugabe.
