Niggers basically read the first 5 letters of a word and move on to the next. They are illiterate. If an HMI has buttons reorganized someone has to show them what buttons need pressed in what order. It doesn't matter if an error message pops up telling them the button doesn't do anything, if that's how they learned it, it becomes a voodoo ritual and it's getting pressed 5 times.

So anyways, lost productivity and decline in workmanship because legally retarded niggers.

I should add, these are niggers that actually have jobs. Jobs that pay more than the national average. I don't know what percent got forced into upper management from dei practices, but the group I'm talking about are probably in the top 10% at least. The best of niggers that actually decided to get work and don't get so trashed on drugs and alcohol that they can't hold a job. The cream of the crop if you will.

There's a sister plant that operates in an area that is over 92% white with less niggers than native americans, and I was told that their OPERATORS developed a procedure that reduces quality escapes and increases safety just by using that noggin a little and skipping a packaging step if the machine looks like it screwed up. But no. These niggers have to do the same steps every time or they get confused.

Probably more like all of them. How many Blacks did you see in managment positions in the 80s? That proportion should not have changed significantly.

I'm talking blacks overall.

It was likely under .5% of ALL blacks occupied management roles in the 80s, but now...????
