To make niggers civilized and functional is a project that spans multiple centuries. Look at niggers in the US - clearly it's a massive failure. They are unproductive, lazy, violent, dumb. They are parasites and even proud of it.
It didn't work with ANY non-Whites. It didn't work with Africans, it didn't work with Arabs, it didn't work with pajeets. It has been tried so many times, in so many ways, and it never lasted. The reward is hatred and thanklessness.
The issue with niggers is their genetic setup that makes them what they are. In the US you have PEAK niggers. That's the peak. It won't get much better than that. Nowhere else on the planet are niggers as AMAZING as in the US.
So how the FUCK do you want to know better than countless Christians and WHITES across centuries how to better deal with niggers?
