Lawsuits show that Ford systematically fired it's oldest, most experienced American (read: White) engineers to avoid paying them retirement benefits. Instead, Ford hired young "engineers" in Mexico and Brazil to design and validate systems for much of their profit-critical trucks and SUVs, including its EVs.

I think the retirement benefits thing is just another distraction. The real issue is the brain drain happening. Soon whites won't know how to do anything

If that is the case, it's because Corporate America created the situation by constantly importing pajeets or hiring specs overseas. It certainly isn't because Whites are stupid, but having an advanced degree isn't enough. They need to be employed by firms building advanced designs/ projects in order to get better. White are obviously the smartest race of people. That much has been proven many times!

That is a smaller issue than you think. Plenty of us millennial Whites are at high levels in our fields already. The bigger problem is the lack of other Whites we can help raise up

And you go to Brazil and chose engineers in the NE, basically the lowest IQ in the whole country and create an engineer centre. They didn't go South, where the majority of the White population is, the best engineer schools.

Disaster is a weak word.

When I heard they were up to 100+ recalls this year alone, I didn't want to believe it.

After learning who designed and built those buckets, it all makes perfect sense.
