If you actually read the Bible (looking at you, Catholics), you know Israel is often punished by God for it's pride.

Is that not obviously what's happening, from a scriptural perspective? It's clear to see that this "incarnation" of Israel has turned it's back on God and worships false Gods. Why *wouldn't* God be punishing them?

The likes of Cruz and Huckabee are not "standing with God's chosen", they're attempting to confound divine justice.

Just ask people to point to the verse where God blesses jews.

Then open up the Bible and read the verse in context and ask why they think that verse applies.

It's ridiculously easy to destroy this obviously false teaching.
