In the other, a cop calmly questioned a guy in a condo hallway about a fight that happened earlier. Then the door opens and five completely shitfaced Guidos poured out and began screaming about "warrants" (lmao) and the cop threw one of the women who pushed him and she banged her head on the wall.

The cop was clearly murderous. He escalated the situation rapidly over - what you described as drunk retards. He followed the guy, he provoked him, electrocuted him, pulled his gun into his face just to get an opportunity to shoot him. He did everything possible to maximize escalation and have a good look for the camera as he kills him. If it wasn't intentional homicide, it was extreme incompetence at least. If there is an inebriated person, you have to approach him carefully **so that he doesn't cause harm to himself**. In Europe this approach is normal for cops. But no, that cop in particular wanted to display his ego, show what a man he is, who can't be talked shit with.
