Yes. That is my point basically. There is a huge difference between raw numbers and ratios. Like how blacks committing 50% of all violent crime seems fair and normal to foreigners and city folk who don't know the overall demographics of America.

And that's a strange typo. I totally intended to say "I am not implying..."

Many racists are high IQ.
