You just described most people. I’m gonna tell you though, it can happen more insidiously than you think without you really knowing it when you have people around you refusing to tell you the truth. I’m a perfect example. I’m in shape now, but I went through almost a decade of slowly putting on weight after being athletic and strong in my younger years. What happens in my case is I had an undiagnosed injury that I couldn’t get any help with, and could no longer lift, so I couldn’t keep muscle on, and I kept eating the same amount of calories(healthy calories), but didn’t think about how much less I needed since I wasn’t lifting, and running/sprinting anymore. I was still a big guy with broad shoulders, so people would just lie to me, and say I hold it well when in reality my waist was huge now. The problem was, people being overly nice, and I was still smaller, and built better than many people in the south. My case of course is an exception to the rule. Most people have never moved and/or been athletic, and always eat goyslop. I don’t know how they do it. When I was big and could t do the physical things I wanted to do, I literally went insane for a few years. I look at all these inactive people who loathe moving, and it disgusts me.
