A simple amendment to the constitution could change who is allowed to be a citizen, and there is no requirement that we respect who is already called a citizen.

As for myself, I propose that citizenship be very limited to only a proportionally small minority of the United States. Requirements would include property ownership, heritage, and political philosophy.
