Teo ideas: 1) 16 year olds can be close to fully mature. Obviously not peak but they used to be out on the battlefield by that age. 2) He cold cocked the guy and just kept beating him until dead.

You have no idea. It’s weird this was posted because I just read a thread about a guy who does almost the exact same thing, and he obviously has no idea how much danger he’s in. I’ll see if I can find it.
