Because jews hate Greeks and therefore seek to ideologically oppose everything for which Greeks stood. Since the most famous Ancient Greek intellectual philosophers explicitly said it’s objectively bad for a man to allow his body to decay (and some were known for being “ripped”), jews use D&C tactics in their media to make the goyim believe that intellect and physique are a false dichotomy and that no one can choose both.

It wouldn't surprise me. Back in high school I was in a circle of friends that overlapped with the D&D crowd. One of the geeks made fun of a (very intelligent) guy who had gotten into weightlifting for just this reason.
