Hi guys, I'm feeling like I'm coming down with something which is very rare for me.

I've heard you can get antiparasitics to conquer the virus, does anyone know of the best dosing protocol? Or if anyone takes it as a preventative measure throughout the year?

I appreciate the help, thanks.

Can't speak for Ivermectin but here's some other advice, if your throat starts feeling like a thousand knives every time you swallow the absolute best thing to drink is black tea with lots of honey. It tastes fantastic and makes you feel not-miserable.

Whenever I sense I'm getting sick I just gargle the hell out of salt water and mouth wash multiple times a day, use a bunch of saline spray, force coughing and drink tons of extra water. I haven't had a real sore throat or cough in years.

A hot toddy is better (without the whisky of course).

just nuke yourself on vit-c, vit-d and zinc the second you feel like you are coming down with a cold, and then sleep as much as possible. important to do it in the first 24h, and it takes about 24h for us to first notice we are infected

it's easy to forget that all of the famed ivermectin protocols for covid also incorporated copious amounts of vit-c, vit-d and zinc, and any non-ivermectin protocols pretty much consisted of intravenous vit-c nuking

How high dose of each do you recommend?

vit c and vit d are safe in that regard, the body is able to discard any excess

vit D you can do anywhere from 10,000 IUs - 50,000 IUs spread out, taken with fatty food

vit C anything between 2000mg-4000mg, taken between meals

zinc 50mg-100mg, also taken between meals

this would just be on day 1 NUKING. on subsequent days i would stick to the low-end of these ranges. so 10,000 IUs, 2000mg and 50mg respectively.

Cant comment on ivermectin but make sure you go outside and get some sun brother! Also reccomend chopping up a clove of garlic and washing it down like a pill, eat like 3 a day.

[I use this brand of ivermectin to cure the flu.](https://www.aussievetproducts.com.au/assets/full/AI-2349.jpg)

It's easy and harmless.

Some people take a single done once a month, but I just use it when I first feel symptoms of the flu and then take a double-dose.

The plastic syringe is based on horse body weight. I use use half of the syringe which is slightly more than a double-dose... and is about a half a teaspoon amount.

If you look at the above linked picture, the little arrows and markings on the plunger are "horse" body weight indicators. The bigger the horse, the larger the dosage.

It's a white smooth creamy medicine that tastes fine. For lack of a better example, I'd say it has a very subtle taste of sunscreen lotion.

There's no need to worry about overdosing because the worst thing that will happen if you were to eat 2000 syringes worth is you might get a slightly upset tummy if the bacteria in your intestines are temporary bothered.

You can't go wrong with this stuff.

I keep all my boxes and the half-used syringe in my fridge.

In my experience, it cures the flu within 12 hours.

------------------

If you're worried, I recommend you buy some and try it when you're feeling fine so you'll know it has no side effects so you don't need to worry.

Wormwood works for stomach issues

Cold? Just consume zinc

Agree wormwood or feverfew for most things and know that most illness is a manifestation of some lacking nutrient or vitamin. Drink the best water you can whenever you can.

I tried ivermectin once. It gave me loose stool for a day or so, but that's it. I dosed as if I were a cow or a horse. I checked for dead parasites but found none. Nothing else changed.

For a cold, I have tried lots of things, but the best things seem to be the following, in order of effectiveness:

* I add about 2 tbsp of 35% FOOD GRADE H2O2 to a humidifier and I sleep with it. That clears up a whole lot of issues usually. I also brush my teeth with water and nothing else. Occasionally I'll rinse my mouth and gargle with 3% FOOD GRADE H2O2 once or twice a week and I have NO issues with my mouth. In fact, the dental hygienist thought I had already had my teeth cleaned. (Gargling 3% FOOD GRADE H2O2 is effective for sore throats as well.)
* If I am congested up, I take decongestant. Get the stuff you have to buy from a pharmacist. The stuff on the shelves don't work. I haven't figured out a way to clear out my sinuses yet outside of this. I'll cough up all sorts of junk and weird stuff will come out of my nose when I do this.
* I tried iodine and it helped a little. I eat fish and use iodized salt so I don't have an iodine deficiency.
* I tried zinc sulfate but it doesn't do much. It actually makes me feel worse.
* Do NOT take aspirin, acetimenophen (tylenol) or ibuprofen. These do NOT help you in the long run. I've read studies showing that taking ibuprofen, for instance, when you get a sprained ankle makes it take LONGER to heal.

Chicken soup is also surprisingly effective, even Campbell's. It's very easy to make. Buy a whole chicken. Put it in a pot. Cover it with water. Put a lid on it. Simmer it for hours. take the bones out, eat the meat if you want, put the meat back in and add chopped veggies (carrots, onions, celery) and noodles or rice and boil it until the veggies are soft. Add salt or pepper or whatever you want. Bingo. You have almost a guaranteed cure.

You can freeze this stuff and thaw it out and it still works.

What brand do you mean from the pharmacist? Do I need a prescription?

Do you live in the US?

The kind of decongestant that is a controlled substance because people make methamphetamine out of it.
