When I grew up in Sweden we used to call this game NIGGER.

Nowadays it's called King usually. Subsequently the rules changed from the loser collecting NIGGER as their letters after each point loss then slave after the second elimination it was 1vs1 and whoever lost was the servant and the person who won was crowned king.
