Well, yeah. The Talmud commands jews to not obey the laws of the goyim. A jew who rats out another jew to non-jews is called a moser. This was explicitly called out by name in regard to the serial child rape of jews in Brooklyn, for example. And another famous instance is that of the jew who refused to testify against Jack the Ripper (confirmed to be a jew) when the latter was arrested, merely because he was jewish. Without that testimony, the British police were forced to let him go to kill some more.
