Declare a state of emergency, suspend the constitution, arrest seditious governors, congressmen, bureaucrats, and any other figures without trial until a proper assessment and investigation into the Marxist rebellion has been performed and the instigators identified and apprehended.

Any more than usual? The actors that would participate in civil unrest are already doing it. This is them blowing their load. I don't think there are many more left wing radicals who would activate if this happened. You're seeing the peak of civil unrest now.
The Left wing is a fragmented ideology and the coalition is barely held together. Niggers wouldn't care if White Antifa were getting arrested, governors arrested, etc. Niggers only care about niggers, so they would be docile unless the unrest led to them looting a footlocker. Jews and women would kvetch and hide. I think the only direct action actors are the ones already activated, eg. The John Brown Gun club dudes, Destiny-ers, troons, etc.
I think it could all be crushed today if someone had the balls to do it.
