Not a lawyer, but isn't calling for someone's murder ("spray this motherfucker right here and take his camera") grounds for lethal defense? Especially given the context.
Those reporter dudes are gonna get shivved if they're not careful. Open-air drug market? More like an open-air prison. "My block" even sounds prisony. Like that nigger's training for the day when law and order return to NYC.
Ah who am I kidding - he'd resist to the death like most stupid niggers.

The corrupt justice system will put a White man in jail for defending himself against a black attacking him*, but won't jail a black who shot someone for no reason. They just have to say ''he called me the n-word!''
*See Daniel Penny's prosecution for restraining a violent, career-criminal black who then died in police custody.

Why even stop there? They'll throw a White COP in prison (to get shivved even) because a suspect OD'd and died while being taken into custody. While we're talking about obvious cases, see Derrick Chauvin's CONVICTION for restraining a violent, career criminal who died from an OD in police custody.
America and esp Jew York is a defacto israeli colony where the laws of the White man doesn't apply to the jew's shitskin jannisarries (unless they directly harm jews)
