I think they often think disease is created by toxins rather than viruses
there's a correct point made that your body's health can determine if you get sick or not when being exposed to a toxin (people who beat up their body would be more likely to get sick)
to me the conventional understanding of health plus a little terrain theory dashed in might give a clearer picture of the situation
I think there has also been a claim that various pandemics were poisonings rather than viruses being spread. For example the Spanish flu was alleged to be caused by poisoning from new radio tower technology that was being rolled out then. Similarly people were claiming "covid" was simply 5G tower poisoning today. I think that's an interesting theory to consider anyway
