Scallion seems to be stuck in the "sigma grindset" stuff about how we all should be business owners and upper management. Sure, we can all strive to be leaders. But physical labor is healthy and should not be denigrated. You can labor but also serve your community or participate in local culture through a hobby. What you DON'T want to do is burn up your body working 14hr days for OT for a company that hates you. But the problems of today are a problem of the system and it's owners. Not with labor itself.
