Ya we've already lost these rights tbh. Just the whole committal process is a violation of due process. Jury of peers or nothing. No back doors.

The TSA was created to catch bad actors, but in the end they became a huge pain in the ass for everyone else. Funny how the government has a way of saying something and doing an entirely different thing. It's almost like they do it to screw with us.

They are trying to position themselves to take away "gun rights" from marijuana users. This is the same Trump who signed the 2018 Farm Bill legalizing the Delta 8 form of THC in the thirty some states in which marijuana products were illegal. Many of these states and counties have fought a losing battle against the legalization of marijuana in their bailiwick. Now Trump wants to use the fruits of his previous action to confiscate guns by the millions. It is not constitutional. The fourth amendment prohibits status crimes. You can't arrest a person for being an addict. When the addict commits a crime that's different. But the status of an individual is sacrosanct.
