There's been a lot of noticing on scored/communities. I don't know if pdw is a walled garden, but TD and even gaw seem to be letting the noticing go unabated. I'm almost a little surprised, because years ago any criticism of you nose who would get the hammer.

I suspect USAID money has inhibited their kikery because bans still occur, just not enough to meet the volume of noticers.
