Do tasers work best on skinny people? I noticed that people with a lot of muscle mass and/or fat are seemingly not as phased by them. Makes sense, I guess due to the added insulation..

I enjoyed immensely every single one of those knees to the face. Yes. They were indeed necessary. Maybe next time (and we all know there will be a next time) he will learn to comply and not run. But probably not. They aren't known for their learning capabilities.
