Seems like a military operation. There had to be significant planning to know when and where to go and to be able to get a clean kill shot

Wouldn't the advertising for the event tell you the location? All you need then is Google Earth to find your spot.

The dude shot from a sniper vantage 200 yards away with a moving target, wind, bullet drop, etc... this isnt call of duty my friend

Charlie was at hall of flags at a very low position. The only line of sight would be the development center which is about 300yds aways.

Uvu courtyard has a panoramic view of it so everything checks out
