The word "gender" only exists because "sex" made boys giggle. It wasn't because it meant anything different.

Several words have synonyms. Gender was useful for prudes, like heck for "hell". Blame the fucks that tried to make it something it wasn't.
I remember in old games "gender" was used to determine male and female for characters. So it is simple: Sex = gender. And there is only male and female. Mental disorders and ideology imbued hallucinations are an entirely different matter.

Is there a SCIENTIFIC test that i can take to find out if I am transgender or not? One that can be repeated by many labs with exact procedures and yield a consistent, repeatable result over 99.5% of the time?

And there's no scientific data to back up any of it? No measurements of hormones inside the child's body? No studies of the endocrine system?
