Hard to put a tourniquet on a neck. Kentucky Ballistics [put a thumb in his](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1449kJKxlMQ) (jugular, not aorta), but that motherfucker is another breed. Also he had experience dealing with injuries (as I assume his dad did as well, who was also there).
