I think the default should be the man gets 100% custody. We already know that kids of single father households are closer in outcome to dual parent ones.

Now we need to ban gay marriage in all 50 states. Something we cannot rely on FAGGOT Republicans to do.
In order for Whites to have traditional marriages and families and children, marriage needs to be fixed in the family court system. No more gay marriages, divorce rapes, etc.
Need to cap attorney fees, get the vultures away from family court system.
Need to make divorce unrewarding for bitter bitchy women who violate their marriage contracts.
remove promises that a woman or man deserve to maintain the quality of life they had in their marriage. Marriage is a contract. You don't get to continue to reap the benefits of a contract when you violate the contract or end the contract.
Reduce the power of the government to interfere in domestic disputes. If a husband and wife are arguing, subsidize marriage counseling. Keep police out of marital conflicts.
Stop weaponizing CPS against White parents.
Allow civil and criminal recourse if a woman falsely accuses a man of abuse, rape, or assault. Right now, women are allowed to lie and make endless allegations and there is no penalty if they are lying.

* ban courts/governments from taking a cut of divided assets, or having their funding based in any way on cases processed. just as sociopaths forum shop for politically biased judges, there are people who forum shop for family court judges who have wildly biased asset and custody division histories. there are certain family court judges at the top few percentages who grant more divorces and payouts than literally all other family courts combined, because they or their department are getting kickbacks for it, literally paid to drive up the divorce rate.
everything else, even gay marriage, is small potatoes.
Either parent can take the kids but they have absolutely no legal recourse to *any* support. Whoever makes the money, keeps the money but whatever they already spent is gone. Property ownership falls to whomever's name is on the ownership documents.
Then the churches can decide if they will allow divorce/remarriage/gays etc.

Faggots wouldn't even *want* to get married if not for government benefits. Strip those and the problem disappears.
