itll show worse, Edomite is probably the most noble genes their race carries. The rest is likely Canaanite.

Well Edomites are just Canaanites mixed with Esau. That's when jews started existing

True, but the Edomites were more of a mixed bag, with some just men like St. Job among them. The Canaanites are probably where the modern jews get their Merchant streak from, since "Canaanite" was essentially synonymous with "Merchant" in Hebrew.
