Crippling depression?

I have some serious issues lads and I think it's all spawning from crippling depression. I simply can not find a purpose in life. Furthermore, I am horribly lonely. I finally managed to have a girl stick around for a few months but she left me. For those few months I felt like a real person.

I simply can't get motivated enough to pull myself from the pit. Consume Product and clean living kings turned my life around years ago but I am falling back into the abyss.

How does one cure crippling depression? God's trials are killing me.

A man needs purpose. Find a job, hobby or something that provides meaning and purpose for you while you work on the wife and kids part. Get outside as much as possible (touch grass). Get some bloodwork done and testosterone checked to rule out any of that. With vaccines, pesticide and all the other bullshit in our food many men are suffering from imbalances that weren't a thing decades ago. The only time in my life I was depressed was because of low testosterone.

Yes, get your testosterone levels checked. I have been on TRT for about 2 years now and can attest to the benefits.

Testosterone test is done with as a blood test, as early in the morning as possible prior to eating.

If you do get it checked and your low but within range find a doctor that will treat it as low testosterone. That range is for men of all ages. So low normal for a young man is not okay.

While I wish OP all the best in having White kids, some people aren't destined for that path. Everything the we receive is through the Grace of God so it's good to remember that you might not have the authority to force things to be the way you'd like.

All you can do is your best, oriented towards Good.
