Friends, I love dairy. Perhaps a bit too much.

Never had a problem until recently. Been dealing with a lot of joint pain and muscle aches, very slow recovery times, etc. I originally just chalked it up to almost being 40, but after a particularly painful day a couple weeks ago, I realized I was dealing with symptoms of chronic inflammation.

Dairy was the first thing I cut out, and things improved almost immediately. Even some skin/eczema type issues look to be clearing up. While I haven't had very bad gastrointestinal issues, almost all of these symptoms go away if I consume a couple lactase pills when I eat dairy, so it definitely seems to be a light and/or growing lactose intolerance.

I'm not surprised this has happened, as a few months ago I started a new job, and my fast food intake has definitely increased. Think a lot of the junk has wrecked my overall gut health. That and consuming more ultra-pasteurized products like half & half.

My question is, has anyone had similar issues and been able to improve their milk tolerance? If so, what did you do? Everywhere else online seems to say that lactose intolerance is irreversible once it starts. Given everywhere else also says porn is okay, and that I'll throw up blood and half my bodily organs if I ever consume raw milk, let's just say I have some doubts about their claims.

Try A2 milk. Sometimes it's not milk itself, it's the A1 proteins.

Lactose intolerance is reversible. Eat small quantities until you are completely tolerant, and gradually increase the amount. Do not binge on milk and milk products, including cheese. The bacteria culture you need to digest milk (and other things) will gradually restore itself.

Try raw milk too. Also, sheep's milk is known to be, by far, the best milk and is known to "cure" a lot of gut problems.

This is where I'm going. "What _kind_ of dairy?"

1. Try A2, for starters, even if it's pasteurized and/or homogenized.

2. If that doesn't work, try _raw_ A2. This will probably be the cure.

3. If that doesn't work, go for raw goat's milk, and I doubt anyone would have any sort of reaction to this.

If one could get sheep's milk, that would be all I would drink. Haven't seen it, ever, in any markets or anywhere else for sale.

For those looking to find a local producer of raw milk (or other properly reared animal product), check out "Eat Wild". It has a list of your local producers.

Sheep's milk is the best nutrition one will find, from milk.

A2,A1 milk stuff is bullshit. It really doesn't make a fifference at all.

Do you have any insight as to how this could have developed? I know fast food is bad, and while I have eaten it more often with the new job, seems almost insane how quick all that destroyed my gut if that's the case.

My other theory is I've been drinking more ultrapasteurized products, in particular half & half from a crema di limoncello recipe I made. I'm sure the combination of alcohol + ultrapasteurized half & half didn't do my gut any favors.

We are all getting older. As we get older we need to be more careful with what we put in our bodies. I think you understand what is happening and you'll figure out how to put things back into balance.

What really changed everything was "The One-Minute Cure". It's free online. Drinking dilute hydrogen peroxide basically solved almost every problem I had and I was able to restore balance from that baseline.

I'm trying to drink a little A2 milk every day, eating a little cheese, a little ice cream, just to keep my lactose intolerance at a minimum.

I don't touch alcohol. I don't know what effects it has.

Your body is losing the ability to make enzymes to digest food. Stop consuming highly cooked and pasteurized foods and eat them in their raw form.

Get blood drawn to check everything you can. This will tell if you're lacking any specific vitamins and can usually tell if your organs are functioning ok. This is the only sensible step #1 and you'll know in a week or two.

I've not experienced what you describe, however seed oils (canola oil, vegetable oil, sunflower, margarine etc.) causes inflammation.

Perhaps try swapping out seed oil for olive oil when cooking and swap margarine for REAL spreadable cream cheese in your work sandwiches. Even if this doesn't fix your inflammation problem, it's guaranteed to make you healthier.

It's far healthier, a smart thing to do at all times and it might be related to your inflammation issues.

Good advice on the blood draw. I had recently gotten my blood drawn as part of my annual physical. LDL levels were slightly elevated, but other than that everything was very balanced. Vitals were very good also.

I get mine done every year, like they do in Japan because it's a fantastic way of detecting problems well in advance.

A previous blood work picked up that my vit D levels were low because I've been working from home recently, so I try to be mindful about getting more sun as well as taking a supplement.

I also tried lowering my sodium levels to the recommended daily intake, but after doing that my results showed my sodium levels were way too low... Nothing the CDC says can be trusted. It was difficult to increase my sodium levels because I'd gotten used to restricting it and everything tasted too salty for a long time. It's back to normal now.

Is the milk you drink pasteurized? Eating cooked and pasteurized foods long term reduces the body's ability to make enzymes for digesting cooked foods. I also grew up drinking raw milk because my mom was into the whole food shit and would go to the farmers market. Never had any issues, but also didn't notice insane benefits either, probably because I was already pretty healthy.

I have a source for raw milk, but it's over an hour round trip, so I generally stuck with store bought milk. Up until now I haven't had issues eating or drinking pasteurized products, but I'm thinking of switching to raw milk in order to try and reacclimate myself. That and cleaning up my diet in general.

Milk isn't good. Heavy cream is good. The fats from dairy are great for you. The sugars not so much. Just make better dairy choices.

I still suspect that shit like this that develops over time and the symptoms being kind of random and weird indicates some sort of fungal issue going on inside of you.

So I am not a doctor, but based on my own experience I think skin issues like eczema “flaring up” could actually be an indicator that you have some sort of long term fungal build up that is already there, it just “flares up” from some sort of imbalance that maybe a certain food exacerbated but may not actually be the root cause.

If you have any long term skin issues including:

- Athletes foot
- jock itch or any weird pubes in your crotch or armpit
- canker sores
- any sort of itchy bumps that flare up in mostly the same area, technically it could be anywhere you have skin but the most prominent areas are the hands and feet
- dry, cracked feet/elbows
- if you’ve had more moles develop over time

If any of this is landing for you I’d recommend starting with a high volume, multi-strain probiotic. It won’t fix everything but it’s a good place to start, I think if you have something like
Candida it may help tip the balance in your gut back to >bacteria. After that look at anti-fungal stuff like fenbendazole, ivermectin, and mebendazole.

And ultimately you should really only drink raw milk. They just nuke any beneficial stuff out of any pasteurized milk so even A2 I think is basically just sugar water. You can use realmilk dot com to find a farmer local to you that has a drop off/pickup point for raw milk deliveries.

I would try homemade yoghurt and kefir, see if that starts improving your gut. Also homemade kombutcha if you have the time, that thing is fantastic for gut flora. I did have slight GI issues when I lived in a country with very little dairy, it went away after a couple of months. But I didn't have chronic inflammation issues. Of course cut everything processed.

Also its all them fudgin free radicals from the Soy and kike oils in the french fries fucking with you.

Everything you are reading online was written by shitskins who cant drink milk. Your ancestors didnt come this far for zogchow to hold you down king.

I also just recalling a discussion from a few years ago here. To cut cost they stopped refrigerating the milk as cold or as long during transport. I haven't noticed an improooovment either since it started in 21'-22'
