Friends, I love dairy. Perhaps a bit too much.

Never had a problem until recently. Been dealing with a lot of joint pain and muscle aches, very slow recovery times, etc. I originally just chalked it up to almost being 40, but after a particularly painful day a couple weeks ago, I realized I was dealing with symptoms of chronic inflammation.

Dairy was the first thing I cut out, and things improved almost immediately. Even some skin/eczema type issues look to be clearing up. While I haven't had very bad gastrointestinal issues, almost all of these symptoms go away if I consume a couple lactase pills when I eat dairy, so it definitely seems to be a light and/or growing lactose intolerance.

I'm not surprised this has happened, as a few months ago I started a new job, and my fast food intake has definitely increased. Think a lot of the junk has wrecked my overall gut health. That and consuming more ultra-pasteurized products like half & half.

My question is, has anyone had similar issues and been able to improve their milk tolerance? If so, what did you do? Everywhere else online seems to say that lactose intolerance is irreversible once it starts. Given everywhere else also says porn is okay, and that I'll throw up blood and half my bodily organs if I ever consume raw milk, let's just say I have some doubts about their claims.

I still suspect that shit like this that develops over time and the symptoms being kind of random and weird indicates some sort of fungal issue going on inside of you.

So I am not a doctor, but based on my own experience I think skin issues like eczema “flaring up” could actually be an indicator that you have some sort of long term fungal build up that is already there, it just “flares up” from some sort of imbalance that maybe a certain food exacerbated but may not actually be the root cause.

If you have any long term skin issues including:

- Athletes foot
- jock itch or any weird pubes in your crotch or armpit
- canker sores
- any sort of itchy bumps that flare up in mostly the same area, technically it could be anywhere you have skin but the most prominent areas are the hands and feet
- dry, cracked feet/elbows
- if you’ve had more moles develop over time

If any of this is landing for you I’d recommend starting with a high volume, multi-strain probiotic. It won’t fix everything but it’s a good place to start, I think if you have something like
Candida it may help tip the balance in your gut back to >bacteria. After that look at anti-fungal stuff like fenbendazole, ivermectin, and mebendazole.

And ultimately you should really only drink raw milk. They just nuke any beneficial stuff out of any pasteurized milk so even A2 I think is basically just sugar water. You can use realmilk dot com to find a farmer local to you that has a drop off/pickup point for raw milk deliveries.
