I can understand NYC and Jacksonville being outliers, but Charlotte is interesting. Doesn’t make sense.
Its pretty much the closest big city to Atlanta. Speaking of, Atlanta should be on here.

true, idk i just searched 20 biggest murican cities on wikipedia and i was doing it in a rush so i forgot about places like baltimore, memphis, st.louis

Some suggestions:
* make it a bar graph instead of a line. Lines typically shows change over time, rather than location.
* any way to make both measures % of the population? It may tell a more accurate story and most likely won't contradict your point
