I have been struggling with relapsing into porn and wickedness, and have been undergoing very intense spiritual attacks. I feel like God has forsaken me. I'm just falling apart in general and I don't know what to do. Anything helps.

If you're a Catholic there's no better way to defeat these than confessing and getting communion.
