EasyPeasyMethod and Burgeon. Also, start cramming as much of your free time with being outside or keeping busy as much as possible. Also, live your life in a way where you are obligated to be physically active, like doing martial arts. This wards off the appeal of fapping and draining your energy.

OP to quit porn when youre fucked up like us you need to give yourself a greater reason to abstain and also realize youre not missing out. Kill the fomo and the entitlement to a superior sexual experience. Kill the self pity that makes you think you deserve a break. Kill the passion. You need to completely flip it on its head so its no longer a forbidden fruit, its just lame. Also acknowledge that youll always want it. Theres never a point where you dont want it no matter how many days its been, so dont look for the finish line. Any advice i give pales in comparison to calling out to Jesus Christ during urges, which works too
