The rabbis changed the ages of the patriarchs in Genesis. Compare the Septuagint to the Masoretic found in most Protestant translations.

They also conveniently rarely ever mention the kenites either. Who were not israelites but allied with them and converted to their Yahwism (or maybe even received revelations before Moses, in some theories). The kenites were gentiles from Midian. Closely related, but not Hebrews, and not anymore closely related than the Hebrews to any other semites. At least until they were absorbed into Judah.
