So blacks and White must separate in the most peaceful way possible.
But blacks are not going to like that because by being attached to a White nation they get FREE GIBBS!!!!

But the most reasonable solution is to just send the incapable ones back to their own continent (which is like 99.9% of them), and leave them alone. No aide, meddling in their affairs, remigration, or anything. Let them do their thing in their own continent.
The 0.1% that are intelligent and docile can stay as long as it’s illegal for them to breed and they mind their own business. They can live out their natural lives as long as it does not impact the stability of the nation and society. If they slip up, they’ll be deported to africa like the rest.
That to me seems the most ethical and logical decision.
If I had to guess, the genes for cooperation, rational thought and impulse control likely correlate, to some degree, with skin pigmentation.
The genes for IQ certainly seem like this. Look at chinks, the top tier (Japanese, Korean, Hong Kong Chinese) are lighter skinned and higher IQ. The lower tiers (Cambodian, Vietnamese, Thai, Phillipines) are darker skinned and lower IQ.
They can't own firearms or be police, period.
They can only work certain jobs, under close supervision. More intelligent blacks might be permitted to move up slightly.
Segregated communities. Blacks are not allowed to live in White neighborhoods.
Curfews. They can't be out past dark, especially in certain areas.
Anyone who steps out of line, particularly in an illegal vein, gets publicly executed immediately.
Do this and you quickly cull the fully unsalvageable percentage of blacks, and are left with a functionally docile remainder that can contribute to society at a very low level. Over time this would naturally tie in to that longer term goal of selecting for more civilized genetics.
This is a trap, and cannot be allowed.
The stupidest blacks can only do the most braindead tasks, such as picking fruit. They psychologically can't manage more.
Ones with notably higher cognitive power could instead be used to sort parcels in a mail room, which would be a higher net gain than if you used them all for only picking fruit.
It's not about granting them status footholds, but about making the most efficient use of their already limited ability to benefit the economy.
