That explains why they've gone to shit over the last few years.

I haven't used them in several years, ever since their reliability went into the shitter. When I pay for overnight docuument delivery, I MUST have overnight document delivery, not three day delivery, or lost documents. USPS express mail is also no longer overnight in most areas. UPS is the only game left, but ti will cost you $100 for 10AM next day delivery.

Fuck FEDEX.
