to the surprise of absolutely no one. but that animation style is at its core japanese, albeit for some reason often describing white looking people. it was never meant to portray or represent a global audience or globalist values

TBF the classic anime style stems from early Japanese animators copying the Disney style of the late 40s-early 50s, so that's why most anime characters look White instead of Japanese.
