Who the fuck needs Congress? Biden himself couldn't do it, but the debt technically belongs to the US. Dept. of Education, and the Ed. Secretary certainly CAN release their debts without asking Congress a damn thing! See how Dems do? They do what they fucking want. Republicans aren't real. It's not a real party. They're controlled opposition, dude. They're placeholders until Dems get back around.
