Is A2 milk a load of marketing hype, or is it really the better option when buying dairy?

I'm shifting some of my eating habits as I'm moving closer to a farmers market, I just wanted to hear people's thoughts

We get a2 raw milk for 9.50 a gallon. It tastes great. I can't answer if it's better or not, as we never had issues with non a2. Long as it's not pasteurized and sterilized
