I bought a new DNS name. Because I handle all the DNS stuff myself, I put my phone number and email in there.

Every time I register a new name, I get phone calls from India soliciting business.

It is explicitly against the terms of agreement for people to use ICANN or WHOIS data for business solicitation. That information is there for a specific reason and asking people if they want help setting up their website is NOT allowed.

India should be cut off from the internet because they violate this all the time and think nothing of it. They are so pathetic that they don't even understand why there are social norms and legal contracts and think that whatever they can get away with is OK.

Or, if someone wants to create a new internet specifically where Indians are not allowed to connect, I'm game.

I've found that non-English internet is a lot more jeet-free, they never bother learning anything other than English. Come try out Japanese internet, we have weird YouTube videos, ancient ふたば posts, and you get shows & games at minimum six months before they comes stateside.

Enough to tell when Google Translate or Duolingo is lying to you which you can do in about a year or two pretty easily. If you go a little more hardcore you might be able to knock out enough to use it in nine months.
