If you can chat with this guy, he's got to stop looking down, reading a paper. This isn't how anyone communicates. It has to feel like a dialog with someone you could get along with. This guy seems stupid with the power flags and the uniform hair. I'm not saying he needs to look like a surfer, but jesus, who's going to ever follow someone like this!? His ideas or maybe the way he expresses them, makes it super easy to dismiss him
