The contrast between America pre-Israel/Alliance and post is day and night. Pre-Israel, we were a country on the rise. Post-Israel has seen the peak and rapid decline. Demographically, morally, ethically, politically, and arguably economically... basically every front.

If that's blessings... can we please stop being so blessed?

The Church is the true Israel, and we were a very religious folk for those first ~170 years. No surprise simping for fake israel accompanied a steep downward slide.
