He recently got nuked from Patreon, so I don't know how financially viable the channel will be going forward. Hopefully its a hobby funded by different work

[Only a matter of time before the Bitcoin and Monero route becomes an inevitability.](http://youtube.com/post/UgkxYMkIT_AfuFMcO-wy-Q0mVUabbLMzfuNc) He should set up a Cointree.
Other alternative payment platforms are Boosty (Russian and a bit difficult to withdraw money to some countries due to credit card restrictions) and Unifans (Chinese/Japanese and supports crypto).

Good suggestion, you've just got to worry about Google's active crackdown on any and every attempt to extract what little of value remains on YouTube; I had to stop using GrayJay on my phone in lieu of ReVanced because of how continuously degrading the experience watching YouTube videos became.

I'm not sure what you mean with the crackdown, but sometimes yt-dlp gets the error that youtube wants me to "sign in to confirm that I'm not a bot"
(this "sign in" in the cmd is actually possible by importing your browser "cookies").
But yeah, fat chance. I just change my VPN server and that's that u/#classy

Not a fan of Jewesse as a former user of it starting from the LBRY days, although considering I'm on Nostr if it proves stable enough, I can spin up a nsec solely to mirror ZH content on something like [Plebs.](https://plebs.app)
The challenge is to ensure it's on a video hosting service or platform that isn't centralized (or faking decentralization in the case of (((Kauffman's))) grift), so something based on either BitTorrent, IPFS or Arweave would be ideal.
(Scored went to shit when I wanted to post this.)
