Ending migration means they can't infiltrate new places. Long-standing communities where everyone knows the Jews means people can protect themselves.
They should also be barred from doing any sort of business involving information, because their Father is the Father of Lies.
I think killing them all is wrong in that it won't work. They intentionally spread out and any whiff of persecution anywhere is used by other Jews to gain misguided sympathy from those not awake to the threat they pose. You'll never get them all at once.
But they hate being exposed. They tend to be weak and bad at forming hierarchies which means that if they're identified and barred from the hierarchies *we* build, they can be relegated to the bottom of the social system quite easily.
Oh, I wouldn't be so sure about that. It's not like the "idea" of jews lives on without them. The jewish behaviors emanate from them as they exist.

Fair. But it's little just a tiny nudge that is enough for them to decry 6 million deaths. So what, never interfere with jews ever? That can't be a functional solution.
The key is to have the noticing spread worldwide, not just localized in some places.
